All garments are made to order and can take up to 2-3 weeks to cut and sew.

Once processed, orders ship from California and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

We want you to be happy! So if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. If you need to initiate a return or exchange please reach out to shopdansby@gmail.com

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the package receipt date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags, and free of any wear or washing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

By opting out of shipping protection with Route, Dansby will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. This protection is offered at checkout. We do provide tracking and will do our best to ensure you get your garment.

We made a commitment to source organic eco-friendly fabric, dead stock fabric, plant based buttons and use minimal packaging. We also make each item to order reducing our waste. In efforts to help remove carbon from the atmosphere, carbon neutral shipping is included on all orders. Our clothing is thoughtfully made with an effort to not harm our bodies or our planet.

To conserve the integrity of all garments, please wash on cold and hang dry. Tumble dry on low if necessary, however this will decrease the life of your garment.
